MONTREAL — September 10, 2025 — Jimmy John’s, the U.S.-based fast-casual restaurant brand known for its efficient service and fresh offerings, has officially commenced operations in Canada with the opening of its first location at Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
This launch marks the beginning of a strategic expansion initiative, with twelve additional stores scheduled to open across Canada by the end of 2025. Target markets include Winnipeg, Ottawa, and multiple cities within the Greater Toronto Area.
“We are enthusiastic about the opportunity to expand Jimmy John’s across Canada. This is the beginning of a bold nationwide rollout,” said Peter Mammas, President and CEO of Foodtastic, the franchisor overseeing Jimmy John’s Canadian operations.
A formal grand opening celebration will take place later this month in collaboration with Fallsview Casino.
